  Bought New appliances and carpet with installation in august of 2017. In September Dishwasher leaked all over hardwood floors in kitchen. Britts sent out a team and stated it was installed incorrectly. Week later dishwasher leaking again. Unit was replaced. November 2017 Dishwasher leaking out the back onto carpet in living room. Britts sent out a GE repairman. Ge repairman stated that valve was bad on 2 month old unit and ordered new part. As of today Britts in Monroe is stating that I have to go through GE to get damaged and mildewed carpet replaced even though it was purchased from them and installed by them. Lots of Headaches, Lots of Issues, Little or no resolve. Better places to spend money out there that stand behind what they do.

  I recently bought a new microwave at Britt's in Lawrenceville (I couldn't find a place on this testimonial page that didn't say "Monroe."). From help picking out the appropriate model for above my stove to timely installation, they provided great service. They went above and beyond, and I recommend them highly. J Jones
