  This morning I took my mother to get a smart phone and as soon as we walked in Trevor greeted us in a very professional manner. I explained to him that she still uses a flip phone and would need something user friendly. Trevor took the time to show her some choices and allowed her to decide without any pressure whatsoever . What amazed me was how he took the time to educate / train my mother to use her new smart phone . The customer service at this store is certainly up to PAR but Trevor took it so much further and went over and beyond in my opinion . It was such a pleasure to shop at this location and I look forward to dealing with Trevor in the future. No doubt Trevor will be a manager of a store in the near future. Professional, confident and very knowledgeable of the products and services.

  My wife and I had a great experience transferring from Verizon. We walked in and there was no waiting. Erin helped us out. She was awesome! Very patient and thorough. Great experience today!
